POSITION AVAILABLE ~ PADI OPEN WATER SCUBA INSTRUCTOR PERIOD ~ NOVEMBER to APRIL SALARY ~ Commensurate with experience. All expenses paid on South India Dive Safaris. Diners card with 30% discount on food and beverages valid for all desouza group hotels. OTHER ~ Ideal vacancy for newly qualified Instructor looking to gain experience within the diving industry. We are looking for mature and responsible team members who are friendly, caring and easy going in nature. A professional approach to duties and priority given to customer care and safety is essential. Working in a small and friendly environment, teamwork and flexibility are very important. Primary duties include teaching students all levels of courses and guiding qualified divers. All staff members assist with equipment care and maintenance and handling logistical aspects of a dive operation where required. Courses are taught in English. An International Driving License is an asset, a complete set of diving equipment, teaching slates and professional dive insurance is required.

PERIOD ~ NOVEMBER to APRIL

Duties include guiding qualified divers, assisting Instructors during courses, equipment care and maintenance, filling tanks and handling logistical aspects of a dive operation where required. All dive briefings are conducted in English. An International Driving License is an asset, a complete set of diving equipment and professional dive insurance is required.

POSITION AVAILABLE ~ PADI DIVEMASTER / PADI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR INTERNSHIP for certified PADI RESCUE DIVER or equivalent from any recognized dive organization.

PERIOD ~ NOVEMBER to FEBRUARY or JANUARY to APRIL

REMUNERATION ~ Divemaster and Assistant Instructor Course Internship. All expenses paid on South India Dive Safaris. Does not include Divemaster or Assistant / Instructor training pack or application and yearly membership fees to PADI. OTHER ~ An ideal opportunity for diving enthusiasts who wish to achieve professional level certification and gain further experience within the diving industry. We are looking for mature and responsible team members who are friendly, caring and easy going in nature. A professional approach to duties and priority given to customer care and safety is essential. Working in a small and friendly environment, teamwork and flexibility are very important. The Divemaster and Assistant Instructor course will be conducted over a commitment period of four months during which time you will gain experience in guiding qualified divers, assisting Instructors during courses, equipment care and maintenance, filling tanks and handling logistical aspects of a dive operation. All dive briefings and knowledge development sessions are conducted in English. An International Driving License is an asset and personal diving equipment and dive insurance is highly recommended.
